Hannah works with adults who may look like they have it together but feel anxious, stuck, or caught in patterns that are hard to change. She specializes in trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

She takes a warm, relational approach to therapy and draws from Attachment-Focused EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to help clients better understand what’s underneath their patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

Hannah earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University. She is licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
