Hannah Tishman, LCSW, Founder
Hannah specializes in working with adolescents, young professionals, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.
She takes a warm, relational approach to therapy, integrating Attachment-Focused EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and parts work to support lasting healing and nervous system regulation.
Hannah earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University. She is licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.

Ellen Fischel, LCSW
Ellen works with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and stress. She brings warmth, humor, and grounded support to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Her approach integrates CBT, somatic parts work, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s needs. Ellen has experience supporting children, adults, and families in both clinical and community-based settings.
Ellen is licensed in New York and Connecticut and is registered to provide telehealth services in Florida.

Bonnie Shimel, RCSWI
Bonnie supports clients navigating grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. She creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
Her approach incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based support to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change.
Bonnie is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida.
