At this time, all sessions are held virtually through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.

We are an out-of-network practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive reimbursement for therapy services through their out-of-network benefits. You can use the insurance benefits checker above to learn more about your coverage.
-
Being out-of-network means we do not participate directly with insurance companies. You pay for sessions at the time of service and may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance plan depending on your benefits.
-
On a monthly basis, you'll receive a super-bill that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You can also use the benefits checker above to estimate your coverage before getting started. We can even submit your claims for you for a small fee.
-
Sessions are currently $300 with our lead therapist, $250–$275 with an associate LCSW therapist, and $225 with an associate LMSW/RCSWI therapist. Rates are subject to change annually or semi-annually. Sliding scale rates and session length (e.g., 45 vs. 90 minutes for EMDR, or family sessions) may also affect pricing.
-
We offer a Sliding Scale on a case by case basis, depending on your financial situation and therapist capacity. There is a Sliding Scale form that must be filled out and verified. Sliding Scales are meant to be temporary (6 months) and will be re-evaluated periodically.
-
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards.
-
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your healthcare services.
Under the law, Health Care Providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items or services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your Health Care Provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your Health Care Provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800)-985-3059.
